Jason Kroll
Co-Founder
Jason Kroll has led numerous organizations to record-setting fundraising results. He brings over 25 years of experience building and leading sophisticated development, marketing, and sales teams. The Rutgers University Foundation, Rutgers Athletics, Monmouth University, Sports Illustrated, and the National Football Foundation and College Football Hall of Fame have benefited from his acumen.
Jason has played the lead or key role in capital campaigns of $1 billion, $600 million, $100 million, and $60 million. In December of 2022, he will finish his term as Acting President of New Jersey City University – a Minority-Serving and Hispanic-serving public regional university.
He has provided consultative services for numerous organizations, including Don Bosco Preparatory High School, The Mercer Museum, and Sacred Heart University, to name a few.
Kwi Brennan
Co-Founder
Kwi Brennan is a passionate and proficient non-profit leader who has dedicated his nearly 30-year career to advancing the missions of regional and national organizations. Known for his expertise in turning around advancement operations of all sizes, Kwi has been a key leader in the planning and execution of campaigns ranging from $10M to $1B.
Currently, Kwi is currently serving in a leadership role at a global environmental nonprofit where he leads a team of 35 and oversees all aspects of data management and modeling, prospect research, evaluation, membership, annual giving and digital fundraising.

He has served as a senior executive or consultant for the Rutgers University Foundation, Monmouth University, Bloomfield College, Little Kids Rock, New Jersey City University, Foundation for Autism, Sepsis Alliance.
Jeanette Corris
Consultant
As a coach and consultant, Jeanette Corris brings a strong blend of creativity, collaboration, and analytical thinking to her approach. Her expertise comes from 30+ years in nonprofit executive and fundraising positions at education, healthcare, and mental health organizations. Her strengths include leadership and career development, strategic planning, project management, performance management, change management/integrations, and blending big-picture concepts with tactical considerations.
Some of her many accomplishments include: successfully integrating all philanthropy operations across a large healthcare network; providing executive leadership and strategy to stand up a new nonprofit organization; playing a pivotal fundraising role in a campaign that surpassed its goal by over 70%; and building an award-winning annual giving program. Jeanette has experience with large transformative campaigns and has raised over $110 million during her career.
Jeanette holds certifications as an LCOP Coach (Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance) and a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE). In addition, she has an MBA and EdM from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
